The Beijing Olympic Games are over. Spaciotempo won the gold medal for wind-resistant dismountable buildings: designed especially for the games, our events structures withstood a force 9 typhoon in Hong Kong on 22nd August!

The town of Cesson Sévigné chose Spaciotempo to build a covered bowls court. To meet the customer's requirements, Spaciotempo installed a 30mx40m Neivalu building 4m high. Thanks to its significant dimensions, its lighting system and translucent roof, the structure brings total playing comfort to the users. The bowls players of Cesson Sévigné can now practice their favourite sport all year round !

Once again, Spaciotempo proved its expertise in developping Festinium events structures suited to the harsh weather conditions of the Hong Kong site of the Olympic Horse Show. Indeed, the structures installed had to be able to withstand gales of 220km/h. Therefore Spaciotempo, with the GL EVENTS group, rented A-frame and double-decker structures, including the judges tower. The different buildings were used as stalls, dressage arenas, VIP reception areas, food courts... After the recent cricket and rugby world cup, the European football cup, Spaciotempo increases its presence with the GL EVENTS group on the world's biggest sporting events.

Gain time, improve productivity and protect against wear and tear ; thanks to this warehouse rented for a period of 3 years, Renault Alpine improves the daily running of it's assembly line in Dieppe. This new construction consisting of 3000m² is placed next to an existing building which holds vehicles waiting to be assembled. Space is optimised due to the usable height of 5m of the structure, allowing up to 3 vehicles to be stocked on top of each other. The thermo roof covering the building protects stock from all types of deterioration and avoids condensation, a frequently occurring issue in this humid area.

The Palais de Justice square in Chambéry has been given a new market, covered by Spaciotempo. Rented for a period of two years, the building has a surface space of 1000m² and shall accommodate the stall holders during the regeneration project of the hard standing market. Spaciotempo has covered the market preserving the architectural features present in the square (fountain, statues) and at the same time integrating them into the structure. This latest building can accommodate the public safely and comfortably thanks to its isolated cladding and anti-condensation thermo roof. This new construction will allow the town of Chambéry to continue with its sales activities and preserve it's economic and social base.

Atena have rented for 24 months a fertiliser storage building at the Port of La Rochelle. Only one month separates the order confirmation to the delivery of the building, conforming to the requirements of the norm Snow & Wind 1965 ; an imperative obligation to respect in this very windy location. Spaciotempo, due to its availability, reactivity and efficiency of installation on site, respond on a daily basis to the urgent need of Industry and Logistics. The building perfectly resisted wind speeds of up to 150km/h in March at La Rochelle.

Spaciotempo was chosen to build a completely equipped gym in Lyon. Comprising of all the characteristics of a permanent building, the structure boasts various facilities : sport equipment, toilets, security features, electricity, heating? The original gym, in the process of reconstruction, la Duchère chose to rent a Spaciotempo temporary building for 8 months, with the aim not to cause inconvenience to it's users. With dimensions of 30x65m H10 equipped with a Thermo roof, this new building offers optimal game pleasure in a secure environment.

The port of Rouen has rented two Spaciotempo buildings in order to store exotic wood coming from Brazil. With dimensions of 20x100m H5, these structures offer a crucial surface area to store large amounts of wood. The Thermo roofs included in the installation will prevent any water entering or condensation ; all in all meaning that the delicate items stored are completely protected.

Spaciotempo participated successfully at the 2007 Mayors' and Local Authorities' Fair. The large number of visitors who came to see us showed real and very genuine interest in our solutions for covering tennis courts and sports buildings. A few of our best creations in 2007 were presented on the stand and our "Sport" sales team enjoyed discussing them with every visitor. Come along yourself next year!

Two polygonal sport buildings of 18m x 36m have just been unveiled at Morsang Sur Orge. Once again the technological advancements of Spaciotempo have made the difference. The thermo roofs insulate the building and withhold the noise. The translucent element of these roofs allow a great amount of light to enter which in turn considerably improves the game quality. The large glass window bays installed on the outside of the building give off a sense of openness to the outside world. Finally the useable floor surface is optimised by the installation of a single linking pole to support the structure. Thanks to these covered tennis courts the Morsang Sur Orge tennis club has a significant advantage over neighbouring tennis clubs and hopes to build it's client base.

Spaciotempo took part in the rugby world cup by installing its two storey event building, converted on this occasion into a VIP pavilion. The 25m wide and 90m long building also provided a large interior patio.

The Spaciotempo R&D department as used a floor made entirely of aluminium, a very light and technical material that perfectly complies with the regulatory requirement to have a floor classified M0. It can be used as the lower or upper floor in two-storey buildings.

Spaciotempo installed a 36m x 36m sports building for the Seine district school, covering two tennis courts. Spaciotempo modified its proposal to meet the customer's very precise specification: sand coloured folding curtain walls, wooden cladding for upper parts and gables, coloured gutters, sand coloured pressurised roofs for greater playing convenience, lighting complying with regulations of the national tennis league and a display board in stretched canvass.

Center Parcs (Pierre & Vacances group) renewed its trust in Spaciotempo, who have created a mixed use building for their new resort (Parc de l'Ailette, 02): multi-sports hall, meeting and conference room. Distinguished by its architecture, this 36.6m x 72m building blends perfectly into the countryside. It has a framework in reinforced aluminium, pressurised roofing panels, insulated overlapping wall panels, civil engineering, construction of cloakrooms and toilets, store room, wide bay windows and extensive interior equipment. To turn the tennis courts into a conference room, the building is fitted with an opaque roof over 40% of the building and an innovative movable folding partition. This enables partitioning of the room to provide an enclosed and totally opaque area for high quality audio-visual and staged presentations.

Innovation at the International Aeronautic Show at Le Bourget (SIAE): Spaciotempo is designing and installing an events building on two floors. With a width of 30m, length of 35m and height at the sides of 7m, this restaurant building includes two covered terraces and one open terrace on the ground floor, in particular. Designed by strict application of current regulations, it provides a high level of convenience in use and optimum safety for all kinds of events.
